Monday blahs

People are not the only ones affected by the Monday blahs. I have a hard time getting into the work week, too. This morning I started the week by sleeping a little bit later than normal. Miko and I did not start our morning playtime until about 6:30am. I love playing with her in the morning because we both like to torture our mom until she wakes up. Miko and I race across the house to see who can enter the bedroom first. Then, I stand by the door and meow as loud as I can to try to get my mom to stir under the covers. It usually works, but sometimes she yells at us.

I don't know why she has to be so grumpy in the morning.
